CitadelFrame

Windows security software designed to check protection, look for suspicious files or activity, and explain what may need attention. It is being built to complement Microsoft Defender, not replace it.

  • Review scan findings and understand why they matter.
  • Planned AI analysis uses file hashes and security signals. File contents are not uploaded.

CitadelGate

IT teams can organize client companies and devices, track support tickets, and coordinate technician work from one portal.

  • Keep each company's users, devices, tickets, and support history together.
  • Use a company probe for device inventory and health reporting when released.
  • Remote sessions, PowerShell, and software installs are planned controls, not ready for customer devices.
  • Planned AI troubleshooting suggestions will be reviewed by a technician before action.
