What we believe
- Say what's true. Every feature on this site is labelled running, in testing or planned. No invented customers, reviews or statistics.
- Control before automation. Automatic fixes come after approvals, audit trails and rollback work, not before.
- Least data needed. The AI gets device metadata and telemetry, not your files.
- Build with users. Pilot partners decide which fixes go into the library first.

Why we're building CitadelGate
Supporting computers for small and medium businesses involves a lot of repetition. The same printer, service and disk problems come in every week, from different people on different machines, and each one still takes a technician's time to read, connect, diagnose, fix and document.
Modern AI is good at the reading and diagnosing part. The hard part is letting it act without creating a new security risk. CitadelGate is our answer: an RMM where every action is tied to a ticket, automation is opt-in per client, only tested and signed fixes can run on their own, and everything is recorded.
