RMM for South African MSPs, built here

If you look after IT for several small and medium businesses, most of your day is the same tickets on different computers. CitadelGate is being built to handle the routine ones for you, with each client's data kept separate and every action on record.

Why another RMM

What CitadelGate is built to fix

Fewer repeat tickets for technicians

Printer queues, stopped services and full disks shouldn't need a skilled person. AI remediation is designed to close those under the client's rules.

Proper client separation

One console for many clients, without one client's data ever showing up for another. Built into the data model, not added as a filter.

Proof of work

Every remote action tied to a ticket, with output and timestamps. Useful for client reporting, disputes and POPIA questions.

Local, reachable team

Built in South Africa by a team you can email directly. Pilot partners help decide what gets built next.

The pilot

How the early-access pilot will work

  1. Apply

Tell us about your clients, device count and the tickets that waste the most time.

  2. Set up a test client

We provision your provider account in Gate and a test client with non-production Windows devices.

  3. Build the library together

We prioritise the fixes that match your real ticket history and test each one with you.

  4. Expand carefully

Only after the agent, approvals and rollbacks pass on test devices do we discuss real client devices.

Frequently asked questions

What size of MSP is CitadelGate designed for?

The reference scenario is a provider with around six client companies of about thirty users each, but the tenancy model is not limited to that size.

Is CitadelGate a South African company?

Yes. Citadel Suite is developed by Kemptechnology (PTY) Ltd in South Africa.

How does CitadelGate help with POPIA?

It doesn't make you compliant on its own, but it is designed to support your obligations: client data is isolated, the AI receives metadata rather than file contents, and every remote action is logged against a ticket so you can show what was accessed and why.

What do pilot partners get?

Free access during the pilot, direct contact with the people building the product, and influence over which fixes go into the script library first. In return we ask for honest feedback and testing on non-production devices.

Help shape CitadelGate before launch

We are looking for a small number of South African MSPs and IT teams to pilot AI-assisted ticket remediation on test devices first. No cost, no commitment.
