Frequently asked questions

When will prices be published?

Before each product becomes available, and only after its payment flow has been tested. Early-access members hear first.

How will the paid products be priced?

That hasn't been decided. Security software for individuals is usually a yearly subscription per device, and RMM tools are usually priced per managed device per month. We will explain our model, what's included and any limits clearly.

Is CitadelLite free forever?

Yes. CitadelLite Free Anti-Virus will stay free, with no ads, no account and no trial period.

Is the CitadelGate pilot really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no commitment during the early-access pilot.

Which currencies will you accept?

South African rand first. We will confirm other currencies and payment methods when sales open.
