Join the early-access pilot

We are looking for a small number of MSPs and IT teams to test CitadelGate on non-production Windows devices and help decide which fixes the AI should handle first. You can also join CitadelFrame AI early access, the CitadelLite Free Anti-Virus waiting list, or register interest in CitadelPen.

What pilot partners can expect

  • Free access to CitadelGate during the pilot, with no commitment
  • A provider account and a test client set up for you
  • Direct contact with the people building the product
  • A say in which fixes go into the script library first

What happens after I apply?

We read every application and reply by email, usually within a few working days. If it's a good fit, we arrange a short call to understand your clients and ticket mix before setting up a test account.

What will you do with my details?

We use them only to respond to your application and to contact you about the Citadel products you selected. We don't sell or share them. See the privacy policy for details and your rights under POPIA.
