Four products for four different jobs

CitadelLite keeps an everyday laptop safe for free. CitadelFrame is our premium, paid AI protection. CitadelGate runs IT support for your clients or staff. CitadelPen tests the systems you are authorised to test. Here is how they connect, and where they deliberately don't.

The four products

Free · in development

CitadelLite

Free anti-virus for home laptops: keeps Microsoft Defender on, updated and scanning. Can optionally link to an IT provider's CitadelGate.

In development

CitadelGate

The hub: clients, devices, tickets, PowerShell and (planned) AI remediation. Used by MSPs and IT teams.

Paid · in development

CitadelFrame AI

Premium protection on each Windows computer, with AI-assisted analysis. Sends a limited security-status report to Gate.

Planned

CitadelPen

Separate, permission-gated testing of websites and networks. Not connected to device control.

Frame to Gate

The planned reporting flow

This flow has been source-tested with synthetic device data. No customer computer is connected today.

  1. A company connects a computer

The device is enrolled to one client in Gate. Its credential works for that device and client only.

  2. Frame checks the computer

It scans files and security activity locally on the device.

  3. Frame sends a limited report

File hashes and scan or behaviour metadata. Never file contents.

  4. The right IT team sees it

The status appears on the device record in Gate for that client only, where it can inform a ticket.

The Frame-to-Gate connection is one-way reporting. It does not let Gate run commands on the computer. Remote actions come from the separate CitadelGate agent, under its own consent and approval rules.

Help shape CitadelGate before launch

We are looking for a small number of South African MSPs and IT teams to pilot AI-assisted ticket remediation on test devices first. No cost, no commitment.
