How Frame and Gate fit together
Frame is designed to send a limited security-status report to Gate after a company connects a computer. The report does not include file contents and does not give Gate remote control.
The connection has passed a test setup. Company onboarding and the first device setup are still being checked, so customer computers are not yet connected.
AI analysis is planned, not available
A future Frame analysis service is planned to use scan and behavior details, including file hashes. The first version will not accept file contents for upload. This service is not available to customers today.
Information shared between products
The planned Frame-to-Gate connection sends a limited security-status report. It does not send computer files or allow remote commands through that connection.
Other integrations may handle different information. Their settings and privacy details will be shown before customer use.
Three products, three jobs
CitadelFrame is being developed for Windows security. CitadelGate is being developed for company IT support and device management. CitadelPen is being developed for security testing with clear authorization.
