1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Citadel Frame's website, desktop application, or any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Citadel Frame provides a desktop cybersecurity platform offering threat scanning, system hardening, breach monitoring, compliance auditing, and related features. Services are offered through free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Sentinel (Free): Basic threat scanning with limited features.
Guardian (Professional): Advanced scanning, hardening, and inspection features.
Fortress (Enterprise): Full platform access including breach monitoring, AI intelligence, WhatsApp bridge, compliance, and multi-user team management.

All prices are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR). Approximate local currency equivalents are displayed for convenience only. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.

Subscriptions renew automatically on each billing cycle date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Multi-User Accounts & Pro-Rata Billing

Paid subscribers may add additional users to their account. Additional seats are charged on a pro-rata basis from the date added until the next billing cycle renewal. The account owner (admin) is responsible for all charges incurred by their team.

6. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Trial users receive full access to the selected tier for the trial period. At the end of the trial, the account reverts to the Free tier unless a paid subscription is activated.

7. License Keys

License keys are issued per user and are non-transferable. Each key may be activated on a limited number of devices as determined by your subscription tier. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or any part thereof
Circumvent or disable any security features or usage limits
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Services

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Citadel Frame software, website, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Citadel Frame (Pty) Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with your subscription.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will detect all threats, prevent all breaches, or operate without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citadel Frame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your licence is revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
