IN DEVELOPMENT

IT support for every client, user and device.

CitadelGate is being built for managed service providers and internal IT teams. It is designed to bring company access, support tickets, device information and technician work together.

Gate is not yet a general customer RMM service. The portal is available to provisioned accounts. There is no public probe download. The production device agent, remote PowerShell, remote assistance and software dispatch are not available to customer devices yet.

CitadelGate access is set up by Citadel while the service is in development. A Frame account alone does not create a Gate organization or grant customer access.

DEVICE MANAGEMENT IN DEVELOPMENT

Probe and remote tools are not released

Do not install an unofficial agent or expect Gate to run commands or install software on a computer today.

What Gate is designed to do

  • Organize an IT provider, its client companies and sites, and each company's users and devices.
  • Give support requests a ticket, conversation, assigned technician and history of work.
  • Use a company probe to report device inventory and health to the correct organization.
  • Let approved technicians start remote PowerShell or a support session with the right company, device and ticket in view.
  • Plan software and update installs for selected devices, with approval and a record of results.
  • Offer AI troubleshooting suggestions, such as steps to investigate a printer problem, for a technician to review before any repair.

How Frame and Gate fit together

CitadelFrame is being developed to protect Windows computers. CitadelGate is for the authorized IT team supporting those computers. The planned reporting link shares file hashes and scan or behavior metadata, not file contents. It does not enable remote control.

The Frame to Gate reporting path has been tested with synthetic device data. No customer computer is connected through it today. The probe and remote management features need their own release checks before customer use.
